Wonderful hotel, our stay was comfortable.

It was fairly clean with attentive staff.

Clean, budget hotel, I loved reasonably large and unique rooms and SUPPER FRIENDLY staff. Venue's location was unbeatable, in the shower or sink area. Moreover, it's really close to local restaurants and shops, shopping centers, restaurants, movie theater and the city Mall.

The hotel was very clean, and the bar on the seventh floor was lots of fun with great bartenders and entertainment, making it an enjoyable spot to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby Hamilton Place Mall and trying delicious food at Big River Grille & Brewing Works, just a short stroll away.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the awesome breakfast and the cozy, spacious king room. The outdoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The only downside was that the walls felt a bit thin and we could hear some noise from outside, but it didn’t spoil our trip! 😊

The location is ideal, close to shopping and dining options. The room layout was great, although the shower setup with a handicap seat was restrictive for a relaxing bath. The rooftop lounge was a pleasant spot to relax, but the pool wasn't accessible . Friendly staff, especially the bartender who was attentive to our needs.

Had a great time—really loved the cozy Double Queen Room with its blackout windows, and the pool was such a fun escape. Showers were impressively hot and long-lasting!

Yo, if you're into gnarly eats, you gotta check out Big River Grille-some of the best BBQ in town! Oh, and the rooftop lounge? So rad! It had a cool vibe and was perfect. Not to mention, my Corner Guest room was very clean and super unique in design. A nice touch was the personalized greeting on the TV when I walked in!

Aloft is in a prime spot, right next to a mall and so many restaurants within walking distance. We loved the cute vibe of the hotel. Our king room was perfect and the shower was a real treat. The rooftop lounge was such a nice touch, with a pool table and beautiful views. The bartender was super friendly too, made our evening even better.

Had a blast with friends during our three-night stay! We visited the Tennessee Aquarium and really enjoyed the on-site bar, especially thanks to Savannah's amazing drink recommendations. The atmosphere was fun!

The only downside was the tight parking situation. It can be a hassle finding a spot nearby, especially with everyone congregating around the hotel. Be prepared to walk a bit to reach the entrance.
